- Dr. Tawfik has more than eight years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and more than twenty-five years of experience in the field of Immunology and Microbiology. He has published more than fifty research papers and books.
- During his academic career he held several academic and research positions, Chairman of the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences, College of Applied Medical Sciences; and Director of Research Center, College of Pharmacy, King Saud University.

- Dr. Mathew Cherianisa highly experienced pharmaceutical executive with a broad range of experience in the US and Europe. He has held leadership positions in R&D at Baxter, Astellas, Pharmacia, and Pfizer. He also has significant experience in doing due diligence for product and enterprise license in Uganda question, integration of newly acquired assets, portfolio management, and intellectual property.

- With deep knowledge, knowledge, and experience in peptides, proteins, and monoclonal antibodies, he has led teams involved in formulation development, analytical development, process development, and scaleup, technology transfer, and regulatory filings.
- Heading large pharmaceutical development departments in the US and Europe, his extensive prior experience includes development to sterile liquids, freeze dried products, sterile powder fills, and oral solids
- He also has significant experience in developing drugs packaged in devices, like syringes(glass and plastic), cartridges, and combinations of drugs and devices. With deep hands-on experience in developing drugs in IV bags and sterilized is perseddosage forms like emulsions, suspensions, liposomesandlipid complexes, many of the formulations he helped to develop have been used on several products including a liposomalantifungal that are currently in the market.
